General Membership Meeting

Summer is winding down and we will be holding a general membership meeting to update you on the progress that the club has made this summer, and to hear stories about your riding and trail clearing adventures. 

Please join us at Ponderosa State Park Welcome Center on Thursday, September 14thbetween 5:00 - 7:00pm for a potluck dinner and our general membership meeting. CITRA will provide hamburgers and hot dogs for the group, but please bring a side dish or dessert to share and BYOB. We will begin serving dinner at 5:00 pm with an update from our club president around 6:00 pm. Steve will be updating us on:

  • Land Allocation Committee
  • Our Website
  • The Dirt Jam
  • Membership Count
  • Membership Dues
  • Current financial standing and non-profit status
  • Chainsaw Certification Courses
  • And the Trail Clearing Spreadsheet
